Kristianne Epperson is a fitness and wellness professional with more than 25 years of experience helping clients transform their health through movement. Her diverse expertise spans strength training, mobility, yoga therapy, and Pilates, allowing her to create personalized programs that meet clients exactly where they are. At The Edge, Kristianne leads the development of innovative offerings such as StrongHer and The Mobility Edge, integrating science-based training with Symbios Health’s medical resources to support women in midlife, active adults, and those seeking long-term vitality. Known for her detail-oriented coaching and passion for education, she empowers members to build resilience, confidence, and sustainable results in every stage of life.

John Lippett

John Lippitt, Executive Director of Physical Health and Recovery

John Lippitt has been a physical therapist since graduating from University of Vermont in 2019 with his doctorate in Physical Therapy. John has completed a residency program specializing in orthopedic conditions. John enjoys working with patients who have orthopedic injuries utilizing his fitness background, manual therapy, and dry needling to help patients reach their goals and get out of pain as soon as possible. He is also LSVT BIG certified and enjoys working with patients with Parkinson’s Disease.

Nutrition Practitioner

Jean Magarelli, RN, Nutrition Practitioner

Jean Magarelli, RN, is a trained Nutrition Network Practitioner who educates our local community about the dangers of excessive sugar and carbohydrate consumption. She teaches how to make better food choices through dietary education, meal and budget planning, and general nutritional awareness. Jean is one of very few fully trained Nutrition Network Practitioners in North America.

Marilyn Tassone-Landry, MS, RD, LD

Registered Dietitian

Marilyn Tassone-Landry, MS, RD, LD, Registered Dietitian

Marilyn Tassone-Landry, MS, RD, LD holds a master’s degree in Nutritional Science and is a registered and licensed dietitian. Marilyn came to the Lowcountry from Northern California, where she practiced as an acute care clinical dietitian specializing in therapeutic carbohydrate reduction. Marilyn has trained with the globally recognized Nutrition Network, is a member of the Society of Metabolic Health Practitioners, and she is a LowCarb USA Certified Practitioner.
